Why Should You Care?
If you landed on this page, we hope you do care about conscious and sustainable living.
Because here's the scary truth...

If we don't shift how and what we consume on a daily basis, our world will not be as beautiful as it is today when our future generations walk this Earth.

So many of our products have plastic and chemicals in them.
It takes 400 years for plastic to break down and a lot of the time, it ends up in our waterways and oceans impacting marine life and contributing to pollution.

We are drinking water from plastic bottles that have sat in the sun on an airport tarmac or on the back of a truck somewhere, and the plastic from those bottles has fused itself into the water.

We can taste chlorine and other chemicals when we try and drink water from our taps.

We are using chemicals to wash our clothes that we then put on our own bodies and our children.

We shower in water that is heavily laced with chlorine and that chlorine is being absorbed into our bloodstream through our skin.

That's just a few things. This is something we must care about if we want to make a change.

And the good thing is, we can change the trajectory of our future one household at a time and start living a life that's good for you, good for the people, and good for the planet!
David Attenborough says there will be another mass extinction in 2100s if we continue the way we are
We're not aiming for perfect. We're aiming for progress.
During this 4 day Conscious & Sustainable Living Course, we're not expecting you to become completely zero waste and chemical free.
Our aim is simply to help you become more AWARE and to slowly make progress towards a low-tox approach to daily life.

We want to make this course as practical and implementable as possible. That's why we've gathered some amazing, every day people who are not experts, but are progressing in their own lives when it comes to conscious and sustainable living to run this course.

Because sometimes, we want to learn from people who are just like us. From mothers, from friends, from those who are being and doing daily.

Are you becoming more aware of the products you use in your home, how much waste you put out, what you're putting into your body, and how all of this plays a part in the sustainability of our Earth?

We're committed to living a life that's good for all.
Let's change these stats, together!
60
MILLION
Around 60 million plastic bottles end up in landfills every single day, and Americans alone send more than 38 billion water bottles to landfills every year, the equivalent of 912 million gallons of oil. That means that 1,500 plastic bottles are thrown away every second of the day.
91
PERCENT
91% of the world’s plastic bottles are not recycled.
45
PERCENT
Human-caused emissions of carbon dioxide need to fall 45% from 2010 levels by 2030 and reach net-zero around 2050 to limit climate change catastrophe.
Meet Our Presenters
Jessica L Zalums
Jess is a mum of two under three and a passionate sustainability lover and compost / recycling advocate. She has been referred to in past workplaces as “Captain Planet” for the sustainable practices she strongly recommended *ahem forced* those workplaces to adopt. Jess increased her efforts in living a low tox lifestyle when she was on a fertility journey with her second son and decided to look at conceiving naturally rather than continuing with fertility treatments. Eliminating harmful toxins that interfere with our endocrine system, contributed to the conception of her second son and since, she’s become even more passionate about educating women on adopting a low tox lifestyle.

Jess lives on the northern beaches of Sydney, so her passion for saving our oceans and waterways from plastics and toxins draws very close to home.

Marnie G Iudica
Marnie is a mum of two boys and is alllll about the low tox life.

She wasn’t always this way of course having grown up in a world of convenience food, microwaves and unfiltered tap water. But as life would have it, it took a lengthy fertility struggle to push her towards researching natural alternatives to traditional treatments.

Within 6 months of replacing all household cleaners, pesticides, makeup, skincare and severely reducing plastic usage, alongside implementing holistic health practices, Marnie found herself pregnant at last.

With two little ones watching her every move, Marnie is passionate about showing them how to make better choices for themselves, their future families and the planet.

Ngaire Tito
Ngaire is passionate about conscious living and sustainability because it is important to her that we all do what we can to better protect the future for the generations to come.

Ngaire lives in Taranaki, New Zealand with her two young boys and partner. They are her biggest drive to live a more healthier and sustainable lifestyle by reducing the toxins within her home, lowering the impact they have on the environment thus reducing their carbon footprint.

She has only been on this journey a short amount of time and has already switched the majority of her household products to using Kangen water. She is a big believer in being the change she wishes to see in this world and we can do this by starting within our own homes.
Mandy Spooner
Mandy is an ambassador for all things Health and Wealth and lovingly referred to as "That Water Girl”.

Mandy lives with her husband, 2 boys and 2 dogs on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. She is passionate about health, low-toxic living and contributing to an eco-friendly planet. She has replaced so many toxic products in her home and runs an Instagram page with her 11 year old Son on saying no to single use plastics. Mandy is much happier when she has less toxins and less packaging in her life!
